Booking Conditions
Once you have decided on a Will of Africa personally-planned holiday, we will ask you to complete an introductory questionnaire to help us establish your requirements and compile a draft itinerary for your approval. At this stage we may be able to book you in at your chosen destinations as a provisional booking and we will at every stage give you a full breakdown of estimated costs. This service is free and without obligation (unless provisional bookings are made within a time frame which qualifies for a cancellation booking fee from any selected service provider).
Once you have approved your draft itinerary and all other arrangements included within, we will request, where applicable, a one-off, non-refundable booking fee. Please note that our booking fee only applies toluxury safari trips. Clients booking a Will of Africa Adventure Riding Safari and/or Adventure Travel will not be required to pay this booking fee.
If your date of departure on holiday is within 4 weeks, we will request payment in full. Confirmed bookings made in advance of 4 weeks will be subject to an initial deposit plus our booking fee (where applicable), and the balance will be due as per the terms set out on your invoice. All monies due and/or deposits MUST be paid within four weeks of departure or you risk losing your booking entirely.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will issue a confirmed itinerary, details of all accommodation, a detailed travel and transfer itinerary inclusive of emergency contact numbers, and a suggested list of items to bring with you.
Typically our adventure travel and riding safari quotes include:
All accommodation, all domestic travel within Africa and airport transfers or car hire as applicable, most meals and drinks, all riding activities, guiding, laundry service where available, Value Added Tax (VAT).
Our quotes exclude:
